Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Currently conducting four (4) COPD trials, of which we are actively enrolling in three (3) of them.

Investigational study drug includes dry powder inhalers, nebulized inhalation solution, oral pill form, or metered-dose inhalers.

Asthma
Currently participating in a study evaluating the effectiveness and safety of XOLAIR for patients with moderate-to-severe asthma.

Diabetes Mellitus Type II
Currently enrolling in a research trial for people who have been diagnosed with Type II Diabetes Mellitus and are currently not controlled on oral medication.

Diabetes Prevention Study
This is a Pivotal Study for Prevention of Type II Diabetes - There are only 3 States in the United States that are conducting this research trial and BENDEL MEDICAL RESEARCH CENTER is one of the selected sites.
Currently participating in a clinical research trial that is trying to determine if the investigational drug, Rimonabant, helps to prevent the onset of Diabetes Mellitus Type II in people who are already pre-diabetic.

Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis
Currently participating in a clinical research trial involving the use of antibiotics for the treatment of an active illness of chronic bronchitis.

Study drug includes Factive versus Augmentin XL.

Atrial Fibrillation
Currently looking for people who have a diagnosis of Atrial Fibrillation and are at risk for stroke and for those who require Anticoagulant therapy.

Research Completed
To date, Bendel Medical Research Center has participated in many clinical research trials that have contributed to the research; pre- and post-marking indications; and the FDA approval process for following medications:
